We offer a range of cleaning services including residential cleaning, vacation rental cleaning, commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, and more.

How do I schedule a cleaning service? 

Scheduling a cleaning service is easy! You can contact us via phone, email, or through our website to discuss your cleaning needs and book an appointment.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies? 

This is completely optional! We have cleaning supplies on hand but if you have a favorite or preferred product you may provide for use in your home only!

Are your cleaners insured and bonded? 

Yes, all our cleaners are fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind.

Do you offer customizable cleaning plans? 

Yes, we understand that every space and client's needs are unique. We offer customizable cleaning plans to tailor our services to your specific requirements.


What areas do you serve? 

We proudly serve the Eastern Shore of MD, including Ocean City, Pocomoke, Cambridge and surrounding areas!

Do you offer discounts or promotions? 

Yes! We offer a discounted rate for seniors (65+), veterans, and active duty personnel/spouses. We occasionally offer discounts and promotions. Be sure to check our website or social media channels for any ongoing offers.

What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning service? 

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with our service, please let us know within 24 hours of service, and we'll do our best to address any concerns and ensure your satisfaction.

I've been struggling with my mental health, and it's affecting my motivation to clean. Can you assist me? 

We understand that mental health challenges can impact various aspects of life, including household chores. We're here to support you during difficult times. Please don't hesitate to reach out and let us know how we can help. Our compassionate team is here to provide the assistance you need. 

I have a disability, and it's difficult for me to keep my home clean. Can you help? 

Absolutely! We recognize that disabilities come in many forms, and not all are visible. Our team is here to support you, and we're happy to accommodate your needs. Please let us know your situation so we can tailor our cleaning service to best meet your requirements.

Does your cleaning service judge the state of my home?

Absolutely not. We understand that everyone's circumstances are different, and we do not judge the condition of your home. Our goal is to provide a clean and comfortable space for you, regardless of its current state. 

Is it okay if I'm home while the cleaning is being done? 

While it's not necessary for you to leave, many of our clients find it more convenient to be away while we work. It allows our team to focus on the task at hand without any distractions.

Can I leave my pets at home while the cleaning service is performed? 

Yes, you can leave your pets at home during the cleaning service we have fur babies of our own and love meeting new friends! However, for their safety and the efficiency of our cleaning, we recommend placing them in a comfortable area out of the way. 

When is payment due for the cleaning service? 

For residential cleanings, we expect payment at the time of cleaning. For commercial cleanings, we can invoice, but payment must be received within 15 days of the cleaning date. 

What happens if payment is not received within the specified timeframe? 

If payment for commercial cleanings is not received within 15 days of the cleaning date, no further cleanings will be scheduled until the balance is paid in full. For residential and short term rentals we require up-front payment. We appreciate prompt payment to ensure the continuity of our services. 

Do you charge late fees for overdue payments? 

While we strive to maintain positive relationships with our clients, we reserve the right to assess late fee of $15.00 for overdue payments after 15 days. We encourage open communication regarding payment issues to find a mutually agreeable solution. 

Things happen and that's okay (we're human, we understand) but we cannot provide solutions for a problem we are unaware of. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept various forms of payment, including cash, checks, PayPal, and Venmo. Payment can be made directly to the cleaner at the time of service or mailed to our office address for commercial services.

Do you require down payments on services?

Please note that a down payment of 25% of the service cost is required for deep cleanings, rental turnovers, and projects exceeding $350. This down payment is only refundable if notice of cancellation is received by 6 pm two days prior to the scheduled cleaning, via text, email, or phone/voicemail. In the event that the cleaner must cancel, the down payment will be promptly refunded to the client. This policy ensures commitment and protects against last-minute cancellations, allowing us to maintain reliable service. Thank you for your cooperation.
